March 2018 Update: Asking For Cold Case Help From Michigan's Attorney General

In the fall of 2017, the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Department requested five murder warrants for the main suspects in the murder of Erik Cross.  So far, the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor has not issued those warrants and has not given us a good reason (or any reason) why he has failed to act.  This month I wrote a letter to the Michigan Attorney General to ask him to take over the case.

We are hoping that a more objective set of eyes on the case will help this to move forward.
